– Your instrument must be in perfect working order or you must let us know if it will need any repairs before shipping.
– You must add photos of your instrument in this application for our review.
– You are responsible for shipping your instrument safely to our factory. Your packaging is very important for your instrument to arrive safely. We are not responsible if your instrument arrives broken or is lost during transport (we suggest using UPS and adding insurance).
– You will be informed when your instrument arrives at our factory
– Your instrument will be evaluated by our technical team and you will receive an email informing you if your application has been accepted as part of the payment for a new MGbass.
