During the ordering process we collect personal information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc… This information is used to process your order, resolve conflict, if one occurs, and to contact you, if an appropriate occasion occurs. We do not store any credit card or PayPal information.

We DO NOT share any information collected from our customers. As mentioned above, we do not store any credit card or PayPal information. All credit card transactions are passed directly to PayPal. As you all know the reputation of PayPal I don’t have to describe you how safe and secure you are in using PayPal.
All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Terms & Conditions

Orders & Payment;
Once you’ve placed your order at MGbass guitars payment is due in full before an order is shipped. Ours accepts all forms of payment through PayPal. As you all know PayPal charges us a fee for using them but we want our customers to be comfortable and secure with their payment.

For bulk orders we will send an invoice for payment through PayPal. Shipping takes place on receipt of full payment from our customers.
MGbass strives to ship your packages in a fast and cost-effective manner. We use the UPS as our carrier at this time.

Payment Policy

MGbass Guitars LLC, Instrument Payment Policy
MGbass requires a deposit for new instrument orders, $1,000 for Standards fretless and $1500 for Fretted basses or customs basses. Receipt of your deposit ensures two things:

1. The price of your instrument is locked in at the pricing level in place at the time of your deposit. The cost of any changes
made to the specifications of the bass after the deposit has been received will be charged at the current pricing in effect at that time. Shipping rates could be calculated for you at this time or when final payment is arranged.

2. Your Production Date will be provided to you via email upon receipt of your deposit. The completion time that we assign you is our best effort to provide a realistic time frame for when your instrument is likely to be completed, typically an estimated month. Hould this timeline change significantly, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and make you aware. Unless we fail to deliver your instrument within six (5) months following your originally estimated completion (or any updated Production Date that we apprise you of and that you do not object to in writing), your deposit and any other progress payments made are non-refundable.

Any changes to the specifications of your instrument must be made within a month of placing your deposit. In extreme cases, the build will be pushed to the end of our production schedule in addition to the accruing fees. At our option, additional charges as the result of any changes made at least one (1) month prior to your Production. Date may be due immediately upon our agreeing to modify your specifications.

When your instrument is nearly complete, we will notify you that the balance remaining, including shipping, extras fees and tax for your order is due and payable. At that time, MGbass reserves the right to require payment in-full for any order we deem, in our sole discretion, to be of a highly customized nature prior to beginning final production. All other orders will have fourteen (14) days from the date of this notification to make payment.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits and any progress payments made are non-refundable and will be forfeited at the time of any order cancellation. However, if you happen to cancel and your build hasn’t actually begun,then that deposit is 100% refundable.

Refund Policy

Custom orders are not eligible for return. Though if you purchase a new or used in stock instrument, we accept returns within 7 business days and a 15% re-stocking fee would apply.

Refunds will be made for all items in original, unused condition within 60 days of the date of request or instrument return. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling costs, gift box, and other charges are non-refundable. Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

Promo Codes & Digital Coupons

All promotional codes and or coupons must be presented at the time of purchase. They may not be applied retroactively or post purchase. No exceptions will be made.
Promotional codes may not be combined with any other coupon(s), discount(s), offer(s), or promotion(s). Offers and culpon code are not accepted for selling instruments on our payment plan.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping is an integral part of our business and we take it very seriously. We understand the demands of our customers and strive to provide the fastest, safest and most economical shipping available.
Most packages ship via UPS. Pricing is based on weight, package size and destination. That being said if customers have a particular preference we can of course meet your demands of shipment with a particular carrier. These orders are carefully packaged by hand using GigBag , stretch wrap, filament tape and other packaging materials. We do our best to ensure that your instrument arrives safely and damage free.

Domestic Shipping Policy;

Getting your order on its way is our priority. The MGbass strives to ship your packages in a fast and costeffective manner. We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS as our carriers.

* Standard orders of in-stock basses typically ship within 5 business days after receiving your order.

* Custom Orders: typically ship within 90 to 120 day after receiving your order.

* Payment Plan Orders: With our payment plan, you buy your new instrument with a small down payment plus 5 monthly payments. You will receive your instrument 30 days after your last payment.

International Shipping Policy;

International Shipments may incur additional customs and/or brokering fees at the time of delivery.
MGbass guitars is not responsible for these fees.

Warranty Policy

MGbass Guitars exclusively warrants to the original purchaser that the instrument purchased will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use for as long as the instrument remains the property of the original purchaser and until ownership of the instrument is transferred to another person. Parts and electronics retain the original 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
